Mya Carter

Mya Carter currently is a Diversity and Inclusion Analyst within a large consulting firm. Mya serves as a strategic thought leader focused on creating a culture of equality and accelerating the pace of change with an international focus on ethnic and racial diversity in the workplace.

 

With a combined 2 years of experience in HR, Mya has served in a variety of Human Resources roles spanning compensation, recruiting, data analysis, process improvement, onboarding, and project planning. 

 

Mya is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana but recently moved to Oakland, CA after graduating from Purdue University in May 2021. Mya received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Concentration in Human Resources and a Minor in Communications. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and practicing physical and mental wellness.
