Cartier Conley

Cartier Conley Jr, a veteran of the US Air Force, is a founding Partner and Vice President of a multi-location equipment rental company based along the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana and Texas.  Cartier has almost 40 years’ experience in the rental Industry.  Management responsibilities have spanned corporation policy writing and instrumentation, human resources, payroll and benefit implementation, operational and safety systems and policy, and information technology design, implementation, installation, total maintenance, and support.  One of my philosophies revolves around the balance of who you are. I continually strive for what keeps me grounded, directionally optimistic, a perennial “work in progress”, and the best me I can be with others.
